I completely agree. We all have our own paths to get to the treasure chest. And, undoubtedly, you got rid of a few split ends, as well! Healthy hair, no matter what the length, always looks the best, I think.

Thanks Meg, the short layered styles look great, but its terrible growing them out. I am glad I waited as long as I did though because my hair is still not short, short.... It sure looks a lot healthier in the back...

Hey Lisa, I know just how you feel. I`m just getting ready myself to do the same. I feel that it will be better in the long run really. I`m glad that yours is all one length now. Even with my ends cut off, it will still have layers, but I think that I can make it. I really don`t want to get it cut, but the back just looks horrible. I`m obsessing over it and that`s not good. Good luck and keep growing.......Meg

Well, Well, Well. I went and did it today!!!! I got the layers all cut off. My hair is now in a below the chin bob. It really looks good and I still plan on growing it. I felt like this would make it a lot less painful. The layers were really getting nasty looking. I am very happy with my hair now and my plan is still the same, I will just have all one length hair while growing, which works best for me.
