Hi please can someone help resolve my problem. I have naturaly dark hair and have had it highlighted to blonde gradually over the years. I need a solution for the root area

Also to mention my hair has low and highlites in it. Please advise.

It was mentioned I use a 40 volume developer and a high lift blonde with drabber or green base. I'm unsure what i have to buy the developer and what a dye to mix please advise?

Is it possible to use clairols borne blonde it's supose to lift dark hair but I don't want it going on the lowlites (wil it look like light at the root area then low lites after that) please help thanks
