I think you should have that done professionally. I had an experience like that and I tried to fix it and it became unfixable and I had to go to a professional, and it still is not back to normal.

Hi can any one recommend solution for my hair. It's all blonde all over and on the top half it has a
stripe effects small stripes light blonde and a few other blonde colours and a couple of low lites these graduallly wash out.

I want to keep the rest of the colour I have but i need to match my root area as my roots are in now. My natural hair colour is medium to dark brown.

Can i use bleach on the root area and then a toner that matches rest of my hair colour .What strength of bleach and toner do you recommend?

I would appreciate any help thanks
