Their forum full of colorists who will help you. (again if your a Licensed Stylist) But you will need to be more specific like what levels and color series you used. Example... whatever color line..7N med blonde or for your toner 9B or what ever...hope this helps.
Susan is right you most likely didn't quite lift enough with the bleach and then chose the wrong base to tone with. Cheers Sophie
The base color in the last thing you used was probably green. Once hair is yellow, you don't want to put green or blue base things on it. Use a violet base color on yellow hair to remove the yellow.

today i did colour for my client ...his natural bas was 2...with 60% grey hair..n his hair is fine wavy..so i 1st used brown diacolour from roots to ends n wait for 20 min n wash dry hair..again i did half head highlights (weaving) with blonder(wella)+40vol...after 30 min i washed his hair..but he didnt like dat yellow tone from his hair..so i toned down his hair with blonde diacolour(loreal)..n again wait for 10min...after whole process ..i found his hair turned greenish blonde ... why ?????i wanted to achieve nice blonde shade ... :(:(:(:(
