u can always put a toner in if its to light... do it.. your fair y not make sure u go to a good person.. and tell them all your hair history for your whole entire life shell thank u

I want to dye my hair but Im stuck! I have a medium brown hair with blonde/looking carmel highlights..I have fair skin with light blue eyes so I was woundering couldnt I go something like a dirty blonde or something I need some opinions so please help!
