The tool Ive used for the pulling cap was like a crochet hook, the tool I have for shrinkies and mircrorings is like a rug hook tool.

I was wondering about that myself! For some reason though, I think the pulling needle for the extentions may be smaller....

Was wondering... is this tool the same as what is used for cap hilights?
