After all these women have been through already, the idea that you put contacting you their responsiblity is ludacris. You should be reading these message boards and contacting each and every one of these women yourselves. The fact that you come on here anonymously and copy and paste the same exact post into numerous threads just reinforces their claims that you are not a responsible company.
Per your request for more information regarding the problems numerous women on these boards and others have had with Hairlocs, I would urge you to search the boards for "hairlocs" and read the dozens of related threads carefully.
The many difficulties we've encountered--both with the stylists and with the product--have been described in vast detail here.
If the owner of Hairlocs is concerned about these issues, she is more than welcome to read the reviews and address them in this forum.
Unless the company is willing to refund me for the nearly $2500 I wasted on your "high-end service"--and refund the other 10 or so women on this board who have had similar experiences--I, for one, see no point in contacting you.
