OK, just spoke with SHF. They said they had numerous problems with Paypal and oversee accounts and that is why SHF does not deal with Paypal anymore. I gave all of your information to SHF this time. They said that they did have numerous account issues to resolve from that time (Dec 04) and assure me that they will take care of it. They send their apologizes!
They are gone for the day, but I will call on Thursday. I have to work a twelve hour shift tomorrow and won't be able to use the phone. By the time I get home it's 9pm and they are closed.
Amanda, I'm sorry I just presumed it was OK that I called them for you. I should have waited for your reply before I meddled in! But now that I already have, I will call them back the day after tomorrow. That really stinks!
They are the transaction id's, it was in December 2004, they closed their paypal account so paypal had to close my claim with them, superhairfactory never gave me any money back and I never received any goods and they ignored my e-mails and when I rang the gentleman he put the phone down and said it was up to me to get paypal to get the money back off them, f****** p****, I was disgusted. Excuse me but why was it paypal's responsiblity to give me a refund, all they had to do was give me a refund themselves. When paypal tried to take my money back out of their account they didn't have any funds in there. Thanks El xx
Sorry, didn't wait for your reply! I just called and spoke to this woman from SHF and I basically said that a hair forum member from the UK did not receive her money back from paypal or even get a response back by email. The woman said that it must have been a long time ago because they haven't had paypal in a long time. I didn't have much more info than that, but I can call her back if you want. I've spoken with her before and she's very professional. She just needed more information to find out what happened.
Long story but they basically e-mail UK girls after they've completed their order and paid through paypal etc and then e-mail them to tell them they haven't paid enough shipping and tell them the shipping is a stupid amount then they just ignore you when you cancel your order and want your money back and tell you you have to contact paypal to get paypal to ask them for the money back x
Had to dig this out again to say 'thank-you' for preventing me from ordering from unsuperhairfactory. Was saying to Amanda how 'helpful' they seemed and she advised me to reconsider.
As always Amanda, you're a life saver.
Hope those that had bad experiences managed to come out at least semi-ok.
Looks like they just lost a potential client!

Id be in on the mass E-Mail thing...I just think this is so totally wrong. It seem to me this is a case of pass the buck and unfortunatly that doesnt bring your money back....

Hi there Jenny, thanks a lot for all your help. I've left it in paypal's hands, they've said that although there is no money in their paypal account that they are still pursuing them for it. I sent unsuperhairfactory an e-mail threatening them that I would post on all the hair extension boards and they just ignored me so I bet they do the same to you as well, its so infuriating xxx
What's the status with your not-so-Super Hair Factory order? Are you going through Paypal, or tried to contact the company again? I intended to write them an email today but spaced on it. Anyway, I'd be happy to do so tomorrow. So just let me know if you think it would help, and I'll drop them a line. :)
