I have bought from them several times a few years ago. The exact same item number that you are looking at in your link. What I recieved was Hollywood brand and Sepia brand. At the time I was using bonded wefts. I did not like the Sepia brand for the reason that it shed from the weft like crazy. It is non remy hair. But its better than alot of the non-remy brands that I've tried. I would prefer the Hollywood over the Sepia. I used to specify which one I wanted. It is ok for short term but its not good quality hair.

I bought wigs from them 10 yrs ago and they were okay. A good company, for sure. Been around forever. I have never bought human hair from them, tho. Seems a bit cheap for 22" hair, but who knows.

I ordered a wig from them and when I received it, the color wasn't what I wanted. I know that to send it back for an exchange, most places require that you leave the tags on the wig, so I made sure I did not take them off and I saved the orginal packaging.

Anyway, I called Wilshire Wigs and they said to send it back and they would exchange it for another color.

I sent it back and promptly received the new wig, and all was well. I think they are a good company.

I purchased a synthetic wig from them, so I can't comment on the quality of their human hair.
