they usually wait a year after the initial release for ps2 with an xbox version....PS2 gets the release first since they have a contract. It looks better on xbox though (e.g. Vice City and GTA3)

It's out on the internet, you need a DVD burner and DVD-R disc. DL the file then basically burn the .iso file to cd then you need a mod chip in your PS2 to play it, or some sh!t called swap disc (not too familiar with it).
