QuoteReplyTopic: how to get rid of waves Posted: October 26 2004 at 7:07pm
I know everbodys been sayin that cuttin against the grain dont make waves dissapear but about a few weeks ago I started over and got a cut against the grain and at first i still had my waves but the next day dem hoes were gone but i also dident brush my hair or wear a du rag at night
I went without brushing for about a month, and then all i did was put some thick ass murrays in my haed and brushed for like 30 min and the waves came back. So im guessing what twista is sayin is like 6 months or more.

my barber tells me going against the grain wont take away your waves as long as you still cut with the 360 pattern he said cutting hair across the pattern will cut out any waves .
i will soon be swimming in waves

yeah dont brush yo hair...thats what happened wit me
Bet you never even felt the heat till i put the M-1 next to ya waves and melt the greaseWhat Im Workin WitDiane brush & Soft Brush both militaryMurrys Super Light Pomade/Nu Nile
i want to start over //// will cutting against the grain help.... them dissapear
no going agianst grain will not do anything like taking dem away. Only thing i can suggest is not to touch a brush for along time. Waves arent perament so they will go away after u dont take care of dem for awhile. So just do like u did b4 u had waves. Get regular low fade all over and dont brush at all. .. im not sure if a cut like micheal jordan will help ;)
