NOT wear bangs...Demi Moore.
In Striptease she looked ridiculous, completely odd...
While in Indecent Proposal and her current style, (short bob and longer) her hair looks awesome without bangs, it just fits her better.

I think Melissa Joan Hart looked hot with bangs. Jennifer Love Hewitt looks hot with bangs when she has them, which is not often because she hates bangs.

Yes, Holly had bangs up until a year ago.

Another actress who looks better with bangs is Roma Downey.

Which celebs should NOT wear bangs?

My choice is Melissa Joan Hart.

And Holly Marie Combs is another great suggestion, she used to have them, If I remember correctly.

I agree with Abby. Helen looks much better with bangs. Last I saw her she was wearing them.

Another one- Holly Marie Combs!

I generally like bangs longer, like even with the eyebrows.

I think that bangs make a lot of people look childish..but there are those few that NEED them. Most of the time it is because they have a really high forehead..such as Helen Hunt. I think she looks horrible without bangs.

I say almost anyone, especially if they have good eyes - but they have to be above the eyebrows (about 1/2" - 1`` looks best) - this really frames the eyes.
