Try right clicking on the pic & save as then print it out.

A hairdresser I ain`t, but it looks to me like a long (about shoulder length), slightly layered bob with very thin bangs. From the small pic, can`t really tell, but it may also have some layering around the face.

If you want to duplicate it, assuming your hair type is right for the style and that your stylist will give you the style requested (both really big assumptions), take the pic to your stylist.
