I`m a fan of anyone abandoning that long, center-parted deal, and this does more interesting.... but at the same time, it still does look pretty much like the old cut, just shorter. The hair is still messy and hanging annoyingly in her face. Is it still against the rules for anyone to look like they actually did their hair in the morning?

It does have potential... and maybe a better pic will help but so far it just looks cut... and still quite plain... It is shorter so I WANT to like it!

Beat me to it Hal. But I do have to disagree on your assessment. I really like the choppy flippy bob on her. I think it`s much more flattering than the long, center-parted look she has had for a while. I`ve always thought of Julia as pretty in a bland kind of a way and this adds some character to her look.

Just my humble opinion,

Julia Stiles has cut her hair above her shoulders, looks like a cu tit fo rhte sake of cutting do. As in it looks exactly the same as before just shorter.
