Ann Curry

Did anyone else see the Today Show on Monday? Ann Curry`s hair didn`t look as hot and wild as usual. It looked like it underwent a nip and tuck, dang it.

It is kind of weird that both have grown their hair out long at the same time. Of course Katie has had the longer hair for some time now. It`s actually been so long that she would look pretty weird initially with short hair. I doubt we see a radical change next week. I`ve read articles that indicate she really likes the longer hair and makes her feel more feminine. She says she used to worry that she would advance more on her looks than her skills and that is the reason that she wore her hair so short, to make her less attractive. She didn`t say it exactly that way, but that was the point. I could see her having it gradually get shorter over a several months tme period. But I would be pretty shocked if she shows up next Monday with her old crop job back.

I like Ann`s hair better when it was pulled back as opposed to it being let loose. That look is a little wild for me. I`d be better with her going back to short rather than Katie.

Regarding Katie C.- I think her hair would look better chin length. It would seem fuller and wouldn`t drag her face down so much. It might be because her neck is short. So, as SS. said...I can only hope!

Did anyone see Ann Curry on Tuesday`s "Today" show? She had her hair tied back; not up and back, just back. I don`t think I`ve seen that before, but I thought she looked gorgeous. I also like the idea that she`s let her hair grow out long enough to tie it back.

On a related note, Katie Couric is on vacation this week and I`ve missed her. I`m dreading that she went crazy with the scissors when she was off. Hope not.

No one else on TV news has hair like Ann Curry and that`s probably why I like it. Like Katie Couric, Ann`s hair is generally better earlier in the show than later after the gang has spent time outside the studio doors.
