I can second this opinion with a fact-based example . I have similar hair to Brooke, color, thickness & texture. I have it short. It is razored & thinned, but it doesn`t really have the effect I was going for. I have learned this lesson in the past, but I was willing to go for a second try! I still love it short, but it can tend to look more frizzy & poufy than piecy & flippy. Brooke knows to keep it long & full!!
I love her hair. Most long hair women with thick, wavy hair like Brooke`s won`t razor it because it would cause the hair to look frizzy rather than thin it out. Razor cuts are good for adding volume to hair.
In my humble opinion, her hair is way too long and bulky. It totally over powers her pretty face. This is from a guy who loves long hair, but not too much of it. Something in between her shoulders and where it is now would be nice, and thinned out a little with the razor and sheers.

The minute she walked on stage with that beautiful mane I thought, man, my buddies at the Boutique are probably posting away!! This is a mane that should never be cut!! And the highlights look great!
I`m surprised you all consider this blonde. To me, it looks like brown with blonde highlights. Personally, I think Brooke is long overdue to go totally blonde (like Charlize Theron). Women over 5`10`` should grow their hair long, dye it blonde, and dominate every room they walk into.
