Am I missing something here? The original post says that, "If I had one wish it would be to give Jennifer Connelly a lip length bob." The writter didn`t say anything about her cutting her hair just that they wish she would cut her hair to this length.
As for the title....it got your attention. Besides it sounds like you misinterpreted the title for meaning something else.
