I think his hair is naturally curly and it frizzes like that on its own. If you have curly hair you could see what it does when it's longer. It may frizz out on its own. Otherwise, just play with it-experiment.

Does anyone know how one would go about gettin Quddus (MTV VJ)'s hairstyle. I know for one I have to grow my hair longer but do you know what 2 do next, how did he get all fuzzy and curly?
