Tyra's eyes are actually naturally green. If you saw the recent VH1 special about her they showed some of her baby and childhood pics and her eyes were green. I think her hair is always too big. It makes her head look monstrous.

Not a good hairdo.
It does look Halloweenish.
Too bad, Tyra is a beautiful lady.

i dunno man, i think that hair looks kind of freaky. shes wearing contacts in that pic which makes her look even weirder.

i guess halloween came late for her this year...

Because of the way she's come off treating the models in that reality show, I'm no fan of Tyra Banks, but she is certainly someone who can look outstanding with fake hair:
