Elle could make the "no hair" look work for her too DakotaDiva.
She looked sexy with a buzzcut!

Her long hair is now completely ruined, she has permed, bleached, colored it, used extensions, etc... far too many times.
Elle may end up with her hair cut to the scalp again just because she has ruined her hair so much she can't wear it any other way.

Her hair does look a little fried doesn't it.

She really changes her hairstyles alot doesn't she, from a shaved head to long to short, from dark hair to blonde to platinum.
Maybe she has dyed her hair one time too many.

She is a fine looking woman, she needs to learn to quit destroying her hair.
