its a program that you should only bother using if u basically have no hops (like a 12"-18" vert.) Anything much higher makes the program useless because the program is meant to shock ur legs because ur legs havent been worked, so u get mad inches. but the thing is, if u try doing it with a decent vertical like 28" or something, you wind up shocking ur legs, but now u wont be able to gain anything from any other program...
im 6'1 dunk wit 2 hands...and it look u got some new age hearin aid...them head phones?

i can dunk im 6ft 1 all u have to do is work out ur legs also u should try air alert its a vertical jumping program its really good i can dunk with two hands but i like dunking with one hand and throwing it off the backboard to myself i love those dunks

u shood run track man....im 15 and 5 11 but deres dudes 6''1 that still cant dunk....i can dunk but only wen im runnin n i can only 1 hand it.......i got crazy hops cuz i been runnin since i was in the 4th grade playin tag at lunch time
