Help, Cut bangs way too short!!

Been there, done that!!! :) I do one of two things: Either I style them back to blend with the rest of my hair until they grow out. Or I blowdry them flat and down. I have a long forehead, long face. A few weeks ago I purposely cut them a half inch above my brows to try that look. It was fun for a while, but made my face look longer. Now they are already just covering my brows. By the time you read this reply, maybe your bangs will have grown out too! :)

Sometimes I slip up and mine are shorter than I like, too. . . like right now, actually. . . Usually I like them just at or barely above the eyebrow, but right now they're about 1/2" or so shorter than that -_-; . When it happens to me, I either comb them back from my forehead or try to make them lie flatter than usual in hopes they'll look a little longer :-P . Oh, and never comb them straight down if they're too short, or you'll look stupid! Either back off the face or to the side, and wait for them to grow back normal again.

they arent very short but i dont like the length
i want to know if it will either grown longer at the end of the week or if there is something i can do to make my hair grow faster with out taking pills, besides vitamins.

Hey gurl listen u just need keep putting ur bangs bak in a ponytail until they grow out. It wont take long just chill and be patient. Ull look great until ur bangs grow out

Whats wrong with a short fringe, it suits me.
I posted that way back in December and I still have my fringe very short.
Please give your opinion for your response.

My bangs are pretty short, Betty Pageish but quite shorter.

Also, to Nancy, my mom inlaw has a high forhead
and keeps her bangs quite short, she curls them one layer at a time and then brushes them out...looks really good on her, just an idea. Also gives a little bit more control.

The bangs may be too blunt, but don`t worry - you can probably make them look fantastic. Go to a stylist and tell him/her to re-cut them so they curl in just a tiny bit at the very ends. This is the best way to achieve the look. If people still think it looks retarded (get other peoples` opinions, not just your own), then try to style them back and away from your face, maybe with a dab of wax or something, so it doesn`t look like a 3-year-old`s hack job.

I had this problem ages ago and the only way to make it look ok is to clip the bangs (we call it fringe in the UK) back with a couple of butterfly clips- the ones you can hardly see, and arrange the rest of your hair around it- trust me- have a play about and it can end up looking better than before!

O.K. I see - interesting idea but I cant spare the hair!
