I think it should be fine since the chemicals weren`t given a chance to mix and weren`t put in your daughter`s hair as an active combination.

My mother is perming my daughter`s hair and didn`t mix the activator with the perming solution. I think it should be ok to go ahead and do another perm, the right way this time (same day since hair is still in curlers). Is this right?
