I have stopped using Pantene all together now.
I now using Herbal Essences products. My hair is better now, but the wavy still isn`t the same as before I used the product.
This is response I got from pantene website:
I`m sorry you had a disappointing experience with Pantene Curl Defining Scrunching Gel. It`s certainly not what we`d expect. Once this is washed out of your hair, your hair should return to normal. I can`t explain why this happened but I`ll certainly share your report with the rest of our team.
Thanks again for getting in touch with us.
Go for it change is good. :)

No, it wasnt cause ur hair was dry! its the product! i suggest you dont use pantene again because their main ingriedent is wax!!! and i hope you know wax isnt good for your hair. you need to go to a hair solan as soon as possible! tell them what happend and they will take the wax or the product whatever out of your hair. the sooner the better! and try buying ur hair products from hair solans cause the products that are sold in stores arent that great! if u buy them from hair solans they will cost more but atleast you will have healther good looking hair. but if u cant afford them or something and you are ganna keep buying your hair products from drug stores loreal and solan selective are the only good ones right. dont use herbal essences or thermislK, PANTENE, johnsons! anything! hope i helped

Hi, Last Thursday I tried scrunching my mid-back length hair with Pantene Curl Defining Scrunching Gel. I rubbed the product together in my hands, then put it in my hair, then I combed the product through my hair. Then I scrunched my hair with my hands. My hair was dry when I did this and I also mixed water with the product. After doing that I decided, I didn`t like how it look, it looked plastered to my head. Not a good look. I then washed my hair as normal. The product took the wave out of my wavy hair. It is just slightly wavy now.
What can I do to get my hair back to the way it was before I tried this product?
Did it do this becuse my hair was dry and not wet?
