since you mentioned that you can put mousse in it, it sounds like your hair is somewhat easy to control. I think that you would be ok if you cut your hair shorter with layers, maybe shoulderlength to complement your face!

I see no problem with cutting your hair a little. To the shoulders shouldn`t be to much different then it is now. Adding layers should help keep it tame. If you want to do something new then why not give it try. You could probably even afford to go a little above the shoulders if you wanted.

I want to do something new with my hair...it`s naturally wavy...not too thick. I wash it at night and put it up in a bun and in the morning the top part is dry and straight and the bottom is still wet...so I put mousse in it and it gets curly/wavy. I was thinking about cutting it to my shoulders and having layers in it...Is that a good idea or will my hair fro out or something? Any other ideas too? Here`s a pic of me...my hair is now a little longer though.
