I think that means long flowing layers because with curly hair short layers can frizz up and make you look like you have an afro! I think that with curly hair all one layer looks the best but some people can pull off choppy cuts, etc., and look really good.

I ONCE READ IN A MAGAZINE THAT CASCADING LAYERS WORK BEST FOR CURLY HAIR. HAS ANYONE EVER HARD OF THIS? I HAVE ALSO ASKED MANY HAIR DRESSERS IN MY CITY ABOUT THIS AND NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. THIS MAG. WAS A POPULAR HAIR MAG.
