May I suggest the Nature's Gate line of shampoos and conditioners. You can get them at your health food store and they are pretty cheap, but good quality and all natural. Try the original condtioner or the hemp conditioner. These are my favorite. Good luck.

My daughter (7)has been swimming almost everyday she's at daycamp (3x wkly) plus she has swim lessons on Fri. She wears a swim cap, but even tho it's kinda tight, in the water it loosens and eventually comes off. Her Swim Instructor suggested I condition her hair w/really cheap conditioner before swim and also condition afterwards. I had heard there was a special conditioner for swimming. Having 3C/4A tight corkscrew spiral curls (3B roots), really leaves her hair/curls really really DRY. Could I have some help here.

Your comments, suggestions, advice on a good conditioner would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
