you have to add fake hair in order for it to last and then use the added hair and tie where you want the braid to end. I had it done at the salon and I pointed it out in a picture...I didn`t know the name of it either.

I have this hairstyle in mind, I don`t know the name of it, it is like micro braids only the braids are only braided like an inch down. Does anyone know how to keep the braids from unraveling without having to put a rubber band at the end of the braid. I am going to Flordia and I think I am going to do my hair like that.
