I am currently using Nature`s Bount Vitamins for the Hair. I take one pill daily along with my regular mulit-vitamin, biotin, lecithin and omega three fatty acids.

I have been using this regime for about 2 1/2 months. I have noticed a great difference in my hair and nails. What astounds me most is that my hair texture has changed and I am able to go longer in between retouching my relaxer. I still haven`t achieved the length I want but I know this won`t happen overnight.

Why dont you try ultranourashair, that works wonders and it has all the vitimins in it that premotes hair growth. Also shemin works good too. And both are just as better as hf37

I`ve been taking nature`s bounty for about a week now. I have new growth but I really don`t know if thats my regular growth rate or added with the vitamins. Is it just as good as HF37 because I can`t really get that at this time. Also see that most people or taking more than one kind of vitamin a day and how many of these vitamins do they take. Because I take natures bounty only 3 times a day. I would take also another vitamin for ultra growth but I`m afraid of overdosage.
