Honestly, braids don`t directly make your hair grow. But if you are planning to grow your hair out, braids can help you a lot. They take the daily stress and abuse of appliances off of your hair. Just remember to take them out regularly (every 6-8 weeks) and deep condition your hair. Let me know how it turns out! :)
