i also have natkural african hair, i started using this product about 2wks. girl i was it faithfully i put at night and i do it in the moring. im still on phase one. i haven`t seen any growth but like you said the thickness, and it feels more mangeable. maybe we can keep each other posted since it seems we are on the same boat.

WELL I`VE BEEN USING CAPILONG FOR 6 DAYS, NO HAIR GROWTH I KNOW ITS TO SOON, BUT MY HAIR DOES FEEL DIFFERENT ITS NOT HARD TO DO. IT SEEMS SOFTER.
IM SO TEMPTED TO USE PHASE 2 BUT I HAVE TO WAIT.
I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT PHASE 1 DOES. DOES IT HELP THE HAIR GROW?/\

I have natural african hair that i press with a hot comb. I have been using capilong for about 3 weeks and have only noticed a change in thickness. But I already have really thick hair so thats not a plus for me. I am going to go wash and restraighten my hair soon and I will tell you guys if I see a dramatic change in length.

who has used capilong and does it work? How much hair did you grow and in what time spand? I`ve been wanting to try it for a long time, but I would like to hear responses from "real" people.
