1.Stay away from the heat.
I've noticed that since I went natural over 5years ago that my hair has grown wonderfully or if you do use heat and some still do, dont use heat awhole lot limit heat.
2.Keep your hands out of your hair.
The less you touch, comb or brush your hair the better. (Im now using the Crown and Glory Method)
3 Drink plently of water(8oz a day)
4.Scalp Massages(I do it twice a day)
5.Vitiamins(make sure you take your vitamins
6.Heathly eating(limit the sodas and candy, its ok on occasions)
7.No stress(try to live a stressfree life ifyou can)
I know there are some Ive probally missed
but what im trying to say is dont stress over your hair, because before you know it all you wonderful ladies we will all have a head full of waistlength hair and beyond
