Press with a curling iron into the wrap lotion on your perm like the hairstylist did on Halle Berry's hair.

Have you considered getting a texturizer? But the thing is I don't know if would conteract with the relaxer but do some research. I heard that Rusk anti-curl is pretty good.

I have short and somewhat nappy hair unless it is permed. I want to make my short hair curly. I was told that I have to let my perm grow out before it would curl. I heard from someone else that I did not have to let my perm grow out. Can anyone help me?
