Hello, I've been using HF37 since sept.26. I have had over 2" of hair growth in about 5 weeks. I'm also using MTG and doing con-washes, and have add lots more moisture to my regeim. Thanks to the ladies on this forum I am getting great growth, so it's not just the HF37

You should also consider Exotic Allure Fast Grow.... it is effective with fast results, and A LOT cheaper than HF37

You can use it with braids. There are no negative side effects except stronger, faster growing nails and better skin. Some say they feel heat like a sun burn for 30 minutes after they take it but that is a good sign.

Hf37 is a vitamin combo set. There are two steps well two sets of pills you have to take. I have been using it for about 5 days and I really think that I am seeing results. This product promised to grow strong healthy hair fast. an inch per month. You get your money back if you are not satisfied after forty days. It is about 50 dollars for a one month supply. How much is it?
I have braids right now. Could I still be useing it?
