You should try Exoctic Allure.... it's good for making your hair grow a lot faster & healthier. My cousins hair is looking very good so I just ordered some...

An extra 1/2 inch a month

My interior will sustain whatever my exterior may bring!!!

well not all hair dressers are there for the health of your hair ...i was told that and didnt believe it until i had multiple experience with multiple people. so you have to find the right person to do it for you.

I think that you should get a consultation beforehand. Not all hairstylists will do that to you (I am not a hairstylist). It is really important to get trims. I hate when I see people with tons of split ends who keep an inch just for the sake of having the hair. Eventually, it will eat your hair, so it's better to get the trim.

I do not go to a hair dressser when i was younger i had my hair pressed and the woman burned my hair and had to cut of a big plug of it and other people use to burn my head. I finally figured out how to do the styles that stylists do and make it look proffesional, not everyone can do that so i do not recommend that.

Trimming- when I trim my hair i always trim just enough to correct the dead end it is so little that you can not tell its been cut there is no serious length taken off. but i part it in 4 sections and part each section and trim off not to make it even but just to get the dead ends off.

hf37 is $50/month. that is just too expensive to me. i read the website, the testimonies, the hairboard they have, and i just don't know. i am fine with 1/2 inch per month which is the average growth rate. if i want more i will pray believing and remember to take my hair vitamins.

i am sorry to hear about your scissor happy experience. i think those of us who are growing out our hair should do self-trims with hair scissors. then you can only blame yourself if you do wrong and you don't PAY someone to mess you up.

You know the same thing happend to my morther. She's alwasy had a nice think head of hair and as a kid I saw what happed, on one of her weekly trips to the hair salon. I can tell you some of the things I use to do, when going to the salon. 1. always tell you sylist before hand what you want. 2.when they are cutting it, try to make sure you are in a position(mirror) to see it. 3.If you refuse altogether to go to a stylist, make sure to just barely clip your ends every two weeks, in order to prevent breakage and split ends. and 4. to answer the question, yes you should kill him.lol.

It does work!

I bought HF#& for the first time 3 yrs ago, then i stopped because I thought it was to expensive.

I just purchased a HF37 tody! My hair is in a weave since a hairdresser managed to destroy my hair with too harsh relaxer, and now its all about growing my hair!

Buy it! you wont be dissappointed!

Luv,
A.

that is the SAME EXACT thing that happens to me. Im 13 years old and my hair is only 5 1/2 inches (pretty short if you ask me). It wasnt all that way,
and for that , i am NEVER going to ANY hairdresser again!!! My hair was 9 inches long when I was 8.
my mom started taking me to the hairdressers to get my hair done at least once a month. When i was 10, i started to notice that my hair was getting shorter. i told my mom to tell the hairdresser NOT to cut my hair, but the hairdresser said she has to cut the split ends (yeah right). Two years ago, my hair was about 3 inches from all the cutting it had endured, and my hair wasn't even growing that much!! Now, this year, i am not going to the hairdressers from this day forward. Now, im using motions on my hair and getting it in braids every two weeks and letting it rest at least a week when school is over, when it is resting during the school semester it only rests two days. My hair is getting longer, without CUTTING it! I think my hair is growing better now, split ends and all!

I got my hair done about a week, a week and a half ago after not having a perm for about two weeks. Now my hair grows at a nice pace and the only time it's been short(at the chin after it had been previously past the waist) is when some ******* cut it way too short, otherwise it's been shoulder length or beeelooowww. Now I have been taking pretty nice care of my hair since like december of last year when I changed my diet somewhat drastically and started getting just extra attentive to my routine in general. Now long story short, I get my hair permed and this****in sting shows me the length I agreed to get it cut at(2 months, no perm I had some split ends) but he winds up chopping off like AT THE VERY LEAST 3.5" off of my hair....I didn't really pay much attention then(or else he wouldn't have gotten paid) but I noticed this when I got home...needless to say I was livid. Not only did he take off my hair and ruin my handiwork, he didn't even do a****in even cut!! My left side is always slightly shorter than my right but you cut off all this hair and couldn't even my **** up!

Now I've been setback on how long I was growing my hair out (not too long, about as long as Ashanti and Beyonce wear theirs, with the weave in). I was going for maybe 4 more inches but I have to get my 3.5 back. I want about 7.5" to 8.0" onto my hair. I was looking at hair accelerators on the net and came across HF37 and it looks pretty credible. I want to try and I also want to know if anyone has any stories about the product and their sucess rates. I would also like any addition on what types of oils, shampoos, conditioners, hair reconstructors, etc I could use on my hair in addition to the HF37 for extra fast growth. I was thinking of the Doo Grow products in addtion too since they have worked for me before but I'm open to suggestions to anything more effective. My hair is medium texture and it grows nicely when taken care of as is but I need a speedy boost since I lost so much so fast. I would like to know how much I can grown a month/in a few months and do genetics and such count?

I am also curious about what to use for my mom too(he did a chop job on her hair as well). She has coarse hair and is capable of growing it long too but she is very easily prone to stress breakage. She is also on medication for her MS so I am wondering what to use for her as well. *deep breath* sorry for my the long diatribe but I take my keratin on the serious tip.

Thank y'all in advance for any help
dammit, i can't think of anything
clever to say
