I dont know what grade hair you have, but the last thing you should to get waves is perm it. Perm staightens the hair if your texture is wavy you might want to brush it allot make the wave pattern in your hair more define. Continue with the curl activator try worlds of curls for extra dry hair. That way since you will be wearing it wet it won't dry out. And wash at least once a week so that your hair does not get a mildew smell to it. If you want your hair to be smooth and lye flat around the edges do a texturizer but just around the edge of your hair line. Also if your texture is more kinky do a texurizer on your entire head for only about 8 minutes the rinse it out. Try the mens texturizer the same product men use when they ware their hair short and curly. Just don't straighten it with chemicals just to try and put waves right back in. Hope this helps some.
I was wondering what would be the best way to get waves in my hair? I perm my hair and use s-curl activator and sometimes use pomade and wrap my head at night. I have some waves in the back but not any on the front!! Please Help!!
