wow... thats terrrible.. i used to relax sometimes without gloves.. but it just made my hands really slippery feeling.. but she should try some aloe vera..like the plant.. and keep them moisturised.. try collagen elastin by st ives... i hope it helps..

On Halloween my Mom was relaxing her hair by herself (even though I told her I would be home soon to do it for her) and then trick-or-treaters came to the door when she was washing it. So she took off her gloves and didn't put any back on to finishing washing it. So her hands are still burning. Anyone have any suggestion on how to help?
