I get my silica at GNC.....it was one of the first supplements i began adding for hair health/growth. *lol* Am now a vitamin junkie myself...daily i take as follows:

(1) multi
(2) E 400 ius each (natural E)
(2) silica (1 a.m. and 1 p.m.)
(2) Caltrate calcium (1 a.m. and 1 p.m.)
(1) 100 mg. B-6
HF37 as directed

I swear by horsetail..it really works..but Man who can tolerate the aftertaste? BLEHHHHHH

Anyone having any luck with Silica? I started taking it a few weeks ago (1000mg a day of horsetail, which I don't believe is pure silica) anyone else? How much do you take?

The Vitamin Shoppe has it's own brand, simply called Silica. 500 mg, each capsule (for $7!) Gosh, I love that store. :)

What's a good brand of silica to take that's at least 500mg.
