Try Visions Hair Studio in Adams Morgan in DC.  I love it there!

I just relocated back to the States from Germany. I'm looking for a good hair salon. I have long hair that I Plan on keeping long, and I need to get my highlights covered back to my original color. I'm in Northern VA, just outside of D.C. Even anything in Maryland close to that area would be fine too. Any suggestions anyone?
