The most I have ever spent was on a pair of Steve Madden Boots for around $75 ish. They have really nice boots.
(I wish they would make waterproof ones though).

Durango leather slouch boots for $129 discounted. I have never really spent too much on shoes, but I got them from online shopping mall's wide boots sales & deals section.

$389 but these were for my handmade motorcycle boots. I can justify that pretty easily since my helmet cost $700. Now for regular shoes, I think $89 is the most and they were on clearance at Macys. I do have a huge collection of shoes I have gotten at ROSS for $11-25 and I never go anywhere so they are just in my closet but they are sooooooo pretty! LOL

I remember when I thought anything over $40 was a lot. LOL Now I think about $80 is normal.
About a year ago I had my boyfriend promise me that he would never complain about the price of my shoes. Jokingly he's said he would buy me shoes for $3,000 if it would make me happy. -- I would much rather spend the money on a vacation, but it's nice to know I'm not limited to $120 per pair of shoes. =)
The most I've spent is $70 on a pair of DVS Shoes. They're from PacSun. They're skateboard shoes and although I don't skateboard at all, they're pretty comfy. They're pink and black and I love them and my long jeans hide the pink and make them look all black. How cool is that.
my mum bought me 10 years ago a pair of marteen's - they costed 100 euro or something like that... i am never going to buy so expensive shoes again- as long as mum does it's ok ;) just kiding
