Definitely on dry hair. If your hair is damp, you could get steam burns and damage your hair severely.

I just got a hair straightning iron. Now, i have short hair, and my bangs get curly. I was just wondering, Should I use my hair straightner with dry hair, or damp hair?

PS. My hair is dyed.
