Have anyone tried this? It is supposedly available at Victoria's Secret stores? Can you buy it anywhere else? I read an article about it in the Feb 2003 of InStyle and have been wanting to try it. The article also mentions the Victoria's Secret Quick-Dry topcoat as being very good?????
