I was telling my manicurist about this great board and thread and the cool tips. She offered to share one and here it is - molasses.
My manicurist said that molasses will soften dry cracked cutilces and cure dry or parched paws. She said to let your hands soak in about 8 tablespoons of pure molasses mixed with a little bit of warm (not hot) water to make a mixture for up to 10 minutes. Massage molasses into the cuticles at the end. Then rinse and apply a good cream.
She said honey will also do the same thing but she prefers the results she gets with molasses.
