I did this for the first time the other day. I found it really easy too. If bulk hair was made loads cheaper than weft then I'd definitely swap over xx

This is how I have always managed bulk hair. I've always used synth and its usually not worth it to get synth as a weft. I tie off with a rubberband about an inch back from where I want to cut for the right length. then its just snip glue repeat.

Yup. Great way to recycle! Why let perfectly good hair go to waste if it's still okay, right?
Binding is the only way to deal with bulk hair like PH if you're pretipping. Otherwise it's just a wild and unruly mess.
Ok, I read a long time ago about someone who managed bulk hair by twisting a rubberband around the top and then cutting their individual pieces from that. What a GREAT idea!!! I had a client the other day who wanted to re-use her fusion hair which I usually shy away from because the strands are no longer uniform in thickness but I gathered them all up, put a rubber band around the very top and then was able to snip the new pieces I wanted. It worked GREAT!
