You can buy it in the personal care products section of most natural food stores, but it comes in tiny bottles for a big price there. I have bought it at Camden-Grey Essential Oils for a much more reasonable price.
It's nice on the skin, too. You can add a drop or two of your favorite fragrance or essential oil, too.

Among the things you should be doing are conditioning every time you wash, applying oil (such as jojoba) to your dry ends, and detangling gently and frequently.
Among the things you should not be doing are heat styling, coloring, perming, and ripping tangles out with a brush or comb.
i've got longish hair, it reaches comfortably to my elbows wheb loose
but I don't think it'll get any longer, I'm in my teens and I've never
had it shorter than shoulder length in my life (apart from when I was a
baby...durrr). Are there any tricks to getting it to grow longer?
If your hair is very fine, it may get too fragile past a certain point. That's why my grandmother has never in her life had hair beyond her shoulders...it would simply break off.
However, if your hair is within the normal range of texture, then Anais' suggestions should help.
I doubt you've reached your genetic maximum length. Hair grows 1/2 inch per month. If you're growing, try going for 1/4 inch trim every three months. This gives you some "net gain" ; ) This also assumes you're conditioning your hair consistently, eating right, not ripping through tangles, and snipping off individual strands with breakage, etc... Hope this helps
my hair never seems to go below my nipple...its kinda hard to see in the picture but it annoys me so much...i get it trimmed too...what should i try!!! someone help...i want longer hair so bad!
