I get mine from the health food store. I'll have to get the name for you when I get home. It is alot easier to take because I put a 1/2 tsp. in a cup of orange juice because it is very bitter. I like it better that the pills.

I get most of my vitamins from Walmart...Same ingredients as the others but cheaper. However, some speciality vitamins / combos can only be found in health food or certain grocery and drug.

ooh they have a powdered form of MSM...what is the brand? b/c I have to chew all my pills/vitamins since I can't swallow them (big problem) so I'm hesitant to even take them b/c they taste bad.

I do take MSM. I take the powdered form and so far my hair has really been growing. Not to mention my knee is healing faster. (I had an injury to it.) Thanks again!!
