Sure is.

I was a bit confused by the picture. If I understand it correctly, the hair is black (as shown in the 2nd photo), not blonde/brown, as shown in the main photo. At 14 inches, the ebonyline.com price would be $80 then, yes?

It's a very good deal if it stays low.
