I just started using it a week ago now, it definitely has my hair soft, shiny and more manageable..

I'm transitioning to natural hair and after I washed my hair it was a bit tangled I dried my hair and apply some and started to comb through my hair and there were no tangles well at least it made it a lot easier to comb...

I'm now wearing braids, it's been only a week since I had the braids in and already the hair is growing out..

I'm using Infusium 23 and Wild Growth Oil together and the combination seems to be working great..

I also use the Black & Sassy Braid Spray to keep the braids looking fresh and clean...

I just started using it and it made my hair soft. I posted somewhere else that my mom use to use it in my sister's hair and mine we we were little and we had hair down our backs then.

I've been using WGO since November (maybe), and I guess I could say it's contributed to my hair growth.  I usually put it on my wet hair, and it woyuld make it soo soft.  I got away from using, but it used to keep my new growth so soft so I decided to start using it again.  Hope this helps!

I have been using WGO for awhile now I and it does help keep hair soft and moisturized. I dont know about a fast growth spurt because I only apply to my scalp when my hair is wet. I'm thinking about trying it on my dry hair just to experiement.

Layla,

I heard a doctor speak about this and I agree.  I believe that anything that you take for hair growth most be ingested internally.  Products applied topically can only help to retain moisture and slow breakage.

I have used WGHO, and it didn't really help in the length department, but it definitely made my hair a lot softer and smoother, and it made my new growth super manageable. I would apply it to my roots (of damp hair) and air dry. If I applied it to dry hair, my hair came out too sticky.

Thanks carmel. I love the butters. They work so well for dry hair. I wasn't thrilled with Mango Butter but I have used Macadamia nut butter. It smelled great and worked even better for moisture.

here's some info on mowrah butter:

Mowrah butter is obtained from the fruit of the Indian tree (Madhuca latifolia). From its seed kernels the butter is extracted and further processed and refined to obtain a yellow/white butter which has a very mild odor, suitable for cosmetics and toiletries. The "butter" is of significant commercial importance in India and is used for both edible and cosmetic applications. The butter is solid at room temperature, but melts readily on contact with the skin. Mowrah butter is known to prevent drying of the skin and development of wrinkles. Reduces degeneration of skin cells and restores skin flexibility. May enhance stability of certain emulsion systems. Suggested uses: Creams, lotions, balms, make-up foundations and bar soaps (as a hardening component, especially for high acid applications). Use from 3% to 100% pure (as a butter-like balm).

It made my natural hair softer and more manageable when i used it.

I'm currently using pure, unrefined shea butter and golden shea butter which i purchased from www.agbangakarite.com

I also ordered some sunflower butter and mowrah butter from www.camdengrey.com

hope this helps you on your journey.

Well, I don't know about softer and more manageable. It was only shiny for me, plus I had 2 use a second moisterizer to enrich my scalp's dryness. So I guess it just depends on your hair type - if it's relaxed or natural. I heard it works really great on natural hair, so I wouldn't know because my hair's relaxed. It sure does grow, I'll tell u that much. I have tons of new growth and it's only been a few weeks and my stylist was the one who recommended it for me... for more info check out www.wildgrowth.com. Peace, luv, and blessings 2 u!

Do you use this, with regular use does your hair get longer? Does it really make your hair grow long and make it softer and easier to comb? I'm very tender-headed but I'm thinking about transitioning and if this really does make your hair more manageable, soft, and long I might want to get this.
