I've heard some women complain that they find lots of knots. I only find them occasionally, so I consider myself lucky.

The only thing you can do is clip them.

I was recently searching for spit ends and found a few,  but I also found a couple of knots towards the ends and got rid of them too.   Any one else has found knots and I wonder how they got there?
