I'm 100% natural and I've been workin' the BC for 2 weeks now.
I wash my hair every night with Dudu-San soap bar (It has all natural ingredients). I follow with a light conditioner (like VO5 Nouriahing Oasis line).
I pre-poo/deep condition with a concotion of honey, EVOO, & VO5 Free Me Fressia.
I use no heat (unless doing a deep conditioning treatment 2x per month). Since I've been natural I noticed that I no longer need to deep condition my hair as often.
For moisturizing I use Kemi Oyl, and leave-in are either Surge Plus 14, Salerm 21, or Black N' Sassy Carribean Creme.
*I throw out all my products that contained petrolum and mineral oil. these are bad for our hair*

I wash and condition once or twice a week, partially air dry it and finish drying with a blow dry dryer.I then flat iron it. I try to stay away from over using the flat iron. The blow dryer makes my hair very straight but I use the flat iron a little for the shiny and polished look. I sometimes wear my hair in braids and I love to wear wigs although it’s getting harder since my hair is thick and fairly long.
Here are my current products:
Washing – Pantene shampoo for women of color, Matrix sleek look or Kid’s Shea butter shampoo
Conditioners – Optimum, Sleek Look or Us Kids Moisturizing Conditioner
Deep Conditioner – Homemade w/ olive oil, c milk & mayo ( this is followed with a regular rinse out conditioner b/c of the protein) , Hot Oil treatment or Fantasia IC deep penetrating conditioner…I almost always sit under a dryer for 20 minutes +.
Leave In – Parvenu, Shea Moister, Le Kair Oil Olive Cholesterol or Fantasia IC leave in.
Styling / Heat protect ants – Sleek Look Iron Smoother, Biostrand Fine or Fantasia IC straight serum ( recently tried)…Occasionally I will use Apex pressing oil if I want a super straight sleek look that will last for quite a while.
Moisturizers – 100% Shea butter for my ends and scalp or Hollywood Beauty carrot oil for my ends sometimes with a baggie.Occasionally, I use regular old grease on my ends.
I also take vitamins every day or so.My hair seems to be very healthy.
-Happy Hair Days

Oh I dont have a specific regimen i guess I just wash and condition with creme of nature. I have curly hair that I sometimes have know idea what to do with it. I would like to take better care of my hair which i think seeems to be damaged from too much greasing, coloring and blow drying/flat iron in the past. So thats why I came to this site. I am very grateful to this board because I have learned so much.

I am natural and my hair appears to be little tiny pen springs. Since it is colder, I rinse or even condition wash my hair once a week. The next wash that week, I use the conditioner-wash-conditioner method. I condition the hair ( with a thin suave/whiterain mixed with an oil and detangling with a WIDE TOOTH COMB) while washing my scalp (using diluted shampoo) after that is rinsed out, then I use a deep conditioner (suave 2-minute recovery or VO5 nourishing oasis for repair 3- minute) to finish off. I air dry, usually in large braids, or style it while wet and leave it alone. Sometimes I add a mix I made with shea butter.
i'm 100% natural. I'm a 3c- i have corkscrew curls in a definitive pattern. I do a co-wash every a.m. using aussie, dominican conditioners or rephair(a great conditioner i got in bulk from ebay). At nite i moisturize using a good hair butter such as mowrah butter(my new fave hair butter), unrefined, pure shea butter(old, reliable), shealoe butter(very good) or sunflower butter(i like this one too). I then apply a thin plastic cap over my head after moisturizing and go to sleep. Once a week i shampoo/deep condition(i use cholesterol as my deep conditioner). I sit under the dryer for 30-45 mins with my deep conditioner in and that's about it for me.
